What these terms cover

A short orientation before the detail. These terms govern the website itself: what you may do here, how a quote request works, who owns the writing and photographs, and how to reach us when something is unclear.

Reading the site

Browsing menus, packages, and event pages is open to anyone and creates no obligation on either side.

Sending a request

A quote request through the site is an estimate, not a booking. A confirmed booking follows our reply.

Using our material

Text and photographs on this site belong to Marco's Pizza Catering and are not free to reuse commercially.

When something changes

Menu items, availability, and these terms can change. The date at the top of the page tells you the current version.

The terms, in order

Eight sections, read in sequence. Each one answers a question we are asked before a quote turns into a confirmed event date.

Last revised: November 2026.

Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our catering services and to submit a quote request. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage or impair it. We may restrict or suspend access if we believe the site is being misused.

In practice that covers automated scraping, attempts to interfere with the request form, and any use of the site that would stop other visitors from reading it or reaching us. Normal browsing, printing a menu page for an internal meeting, and sharing a link with a colleague are all fine.

Quote requests and inquiries

Submitting a quote request through this site does not create a booking or a contract. A quote is an estimate based on the details you provide and may change if those details change. A booking is confirmed only when we agree on the details and you receive confirmation from us.

Guest count, venue address, service window, and whether the oven can be set up on site all affect the final figure. If any of those shift after you send a request, tell us before the event date so the estimate can be revised. Until you hold a written confirmation from us, treat the date as unheld.

Content and accuracy

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is free of errors or always up to date. Menu items, packages, and availability may change. If a detail matters to your event, confirm it with us directly.

Seasonal ingredients, dough quantities, and oven scheduling are the usual reasons a package page reads differently from what we can serve on a given Saturday. A quick call or email settles it faster than a page refresh.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text and images, is owned by or licensed to Marco's Pizza Catering and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission.

Venues and planners who want photographs or menu descriptions for an approved event listing can ask us first. We usually say yes to a credit line; we say no to a competitor republishing our package pages as their own.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience, and you access third-party sites at your own risk.

If you follow a link out and find something outdated, tell us and we will review whether the link still earns its place on the page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Marco's Pizza Catering is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

This paragraph is about the website, not about a booked event. Once we confirm a catering date in writing, the terms of that confirmation and any separate service agreement govern the food service itself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Updates are usually small wording fixes or a new section for a feature the site gained. If a change affects how quote requests are handled, we will say so in the revision note rather than quietly editing the paragraph.

Contact us

For questions about these Terms of Service, contact Marco's Pizza Catering at 845 W Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60607, or call +1-312-555-0834.

You can also write to [email protected]. We answer messages Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Weekend replies follow event bookings, so a Saturday email may wait until Monday morning.

Before you write

Have the event date, venue address, and an approximate guest count ready. Those three details let us give you a figure instead of a range.

What we need to check

Whether the oven can be set up at your venue, and how much clear space and time the site allows. Venue rules on open flame vary, so this is the first thing we ask.

What is not covered here

Payment schedules, deposit amounts, and cancellation windows belong to the booking confirmation, not to these website terms. Ask for those in writing.

Most visitors who land on this page are really looking for one of three things: what a catering package includes, how a booking moves from request to confirmed date, or a direct line to the person who answers. Those live on their own pages, and none of them are gated behind these terms.
