Privacy Policy

This page explains how Marco's Pizza Catering handles personal data collected through this website. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you. This site is operated by Marco's Pizza Catering, 845 W Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60607.

At a glance

Last revised 6 November 2026. We ask for event details only when you request a quote, we do not take payment card details through this site, and we do not sell your information.

  • Quote requests and contact messages
  • Basic visit data and cookies
  • Access, correction and deletion on request

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, and guest count. We keep this to what is needed to plan a mobile pizza station at your venue and to answer you with a usable quote. You choose how much to share; a rough guest count and an event date are enough to start.

We may also collect basic technical information about your visit, such as your browser type and pages viewed. This helps us keep the site working on the devices people actually use and shows which pages — menus, packages, service details — answer questions best. We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and booking payments are arranged directly with our team.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to prepare your quote, respond to your request, and coordinate your event if you book. That includes confirming the service window, the number of pizzas your guest count calls for, and whether your venue can host an on-site oven and prep table.

We may use your contact details to follow up about your request — a short reply, a question about the venue, or a reminder as your date approaches. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site may use cookies to support basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the pages. Cookies are small files your browser stores; they let the site remember simple things between pages and help us see which parts of the site people read before they get in touch.

You can read more about this in our Cookie Policy. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended if you do. Disabling cookies does not stop you from calling or emailing us about an event.

Read the Cookie Policy

Sharing your information

We share personal information only when needed to operate the site or respond to your request, or when required by law. Service providers who help us run the site or handle communications may access data on our behalf, and they are expected to use it only for that work.

If your event needs coordination with a venue, a planner, or another vendor on site, we share only the details relevant to that coordination — for example a load-in time or a service address. We do not share your information for unrelated marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep quote request and contact information for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you book, to coordinate your event. After that, we retain records only as long as required for business or legal purposes, such as keeping a record of a completed service.

When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it. If you would like us to remove a request you decided not to move ahead with, contact us and we will act on it.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in line with applicable law.

  • Ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct a detail that has changed, such as a phone number or an event date.
  • Ask us to delete a request you no longer want us to hold.
  • Withdraw a request you have already sent, at any point before your event.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

If a change affects how we use information you have already shared, we will make that clear on this page rather than leaving you to compare versions.

What we ask for, and what we leave out

A quote for a mobile pizza station needs a short list of facts. Here is what we use, and what you never have to hand over on this site.

Needed to quote
  • Event date and rough start time
  • Venue or neighbourhood, so we can plan the oven setup
  • Guest count, even an estimate
  • A name, email address, and phone number to reply to
Helpful, not required
  • Dietary needs and favourite toppings
  • Whether the venue allows an outdoor oven
  • Service window and any speech or cake timing
  • Access notes for load-in and parking
Never requested here
  • Payment card numbers or bank details
  • Government identification documents
  • Health or medical information
  • Guest contact lists for anyone but the organiser
Where the data comes from

Two ways your details reach our kitchen

Almost everything we hold arrives because you typed it into a form on this site or because you called the number on our contact page. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not pull in event details from other services.

When you book, the same request details become the working notes for your event: what the oven station needs on site, how many pies to fire, and when to start. Those notes stay with the booking record.

Questions people ask before they book

Do I have to give a guest count before I get a price?

No. An estimate is enough to start a conversation about packages. The count matters most when we confirm how much dough to bring and how long the station needs to run, so we will ask you to firm it up closer to the date.

Can I ask you to delete a request I sent last year?

Yes. Contact us with the name and email you used and we will remove the request record, unless we are required to keep it for a completed booking or a legal reason. We will tell you which of the two applies.

Does the site store anything if I only browse the menus?

Browsing alone does not create a quote request. We may keep basic technical information about the visit, such as your browser type and the pages you viewed, and cookies described in the Cookie Policy. Nothing that identifies you personally is required to read the menu.

Who do I contact if I have a question about this policy?

Write to [email protected] or call +1-312-555-0834 during business hours. You can also send a letter to 845 W Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60607. Any of those routes reaches the team that handles our records.
